We ship orders placed in the online store through delivery companies. The order you place will be delivered within 2 to 5 working days from its confirmation.
Shipping costs are 4 euros for all orders on the Peninsula and the Balearic Islands for shipments of less than 1Kg. However, for orders of greater weight, we will contact you to specify the extra cost involved.
For shipments to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, and the European Community, the shipping costs will be 5 euros. However, any possible expenses derived from customs duties and taxes will be charged to the final customer.
With orders over 50 €, you will have free shipping, but it is only applicable to Spain and Portugal (peninsula).
Once the order leaves our stores, we will send you an e-mail notifying you that your order has been shipped.
Orders will be sent to the delivery address you provided during the purchase process.
It should be noted that Madeamà® cannot be held responsible in any case for possible delays or impossibility of delivery as a result of errors or omissions in the data you have provided.

When you receive your order you will have to check that everything is in accordance with the request.
If there is any discrepancy or incidence with the order, you will have to contact us. This will be done through the contact email, leaving us your personal data, and the order number. Shortly, we will contact you to solve the problem.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase you can return it or exchange it within 15 calendar days from the day you receive your order. Therefore, we ask you to send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org indicating the data necessary to locate your order and the reason for your return or exchange. As soon as we receive your email, we will answer you by email. To comply with the deadline for returns you must send this email before the 15 days indicated
In the event that the return is made for reasons attributable to Madeamà® (a defective product or one that does not correspond to the reference purchased), we will take care of collecting the product. We will also exchange it for the correct one, at our own expense.
However, if the return is for reasons not attributable to Madeamà® (change of color, change of opinion or error in the purchase) the customer will have to return the product to us in perfect condition (with the same packaging as received; same paper, same box…). You will have 15 working days to return it. When we receive the product and check that it is in perfect condition we will give you a refund. This will be done with the same payment method you used for the initial transaction. Remember, we will refund the entire amount except for the shipping costs. The customer will also have to assume the direct cost of returning the product.
